Building Community Through Compassionate Service & Care

A New Home for a Brighter Future

Renovations on our new space have started! Thanks to incredible funding from Ontario Trillium Foundation, our renovation journey kicks off this fall. Help us raise $42,000 to continue the growth of our essential services.

The Common Table Farm
Welcome to our farm!

The Common Table

We are an urban farm and market project of Flemingdon Park Ministry.

The Common Table began in 2017 in the hopes of helping to alleviate food insecurity in Flemingdon Park and the surrounding neighbourhood. Church of Our Saviour Don Mills generously gifted use of their land to FPM, and a farm was born!

All of the produce we grow is distributed to families and seniors in Flemingdon Park, many of whom are newcomers to Canada. We are part of a network of agencies and community leaders working to create greater access to healthy, organic food for Flemingdon residents. Together, we are creating alternatives for a more just and equitable food system for all.

What our clients say:

“Food insecurity is one of the unpalatable facts of life in Toronto. Being retired and not being in a position to address that with money I am happy to make a small “hands on” contribution. Working directly with the seeds and the soil makes this all the more meaningful for me.”
